These terms apply to this website and to the courses, software services and products provided by Ematrix Institute of I.T. (Ematrix Software Solutions, “Ematrix”, “we”), Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
1. Services
We provide IT training, website and software development, hosting and related services, and operate software products including Ematrix ClinicQ (cliniq4u.com), KashRide, Emvora, CampaignTrix and Ematrix WhatsApp Cloud. Specific projects and subscriptions are governed by the quotation, agreement or product terms you accept; where they differ, those specific terms apply.
2. Fees
Course, project and subscription fees are as quoted or published at the time of purchase. Third-party charges (for example domain, hosting, SMS or WhatsApp messaging fees) are billed as agreed.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use our services or products for unlawful purposes, spam, fraud or harassment, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them. We may suspend services that put users, recipients or our systems at risk.
4. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our software, course material and website content remain the property of Ematrix. Deliverables for client projects are transferred as set out in the project agreement.
5. Liability
We work to provide accurate, secure and available services, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures of third-party services we do not control.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir have jurisdiction.
