Ematrix Institute of I.T. (Ematrix Software Solutions) provides software development, websites, hosting, subscriptions and IT training. These are services and digital products, so there is no physical shipping.
1. What we deliver
- Projects (websites, apps, custom software): delivered as agreed milestones and a final launch, with access to the finished work.
- Subscriptions (our software products): account access is activated after payment is confirmed.
- Training: classroom seats, schedules and study material as described for the course you booked.
2. Delivery timelines
- Subscription and product access is normally activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment, often immediately.
- Project timelines are stated in your quotation or agreement and start once the advance payment and required information are received.
- Training start dates are confirmed when you enrol.
3. Delivery method
Access details, invoices and project updates are sent by email and, where you agree, by WhatsApp or SMS. Please give us a correct email address and mobile number when you order.
4. Delays
If we expect to miss an agreed date, we tell you early and agree a new date. If you do not receive access within the stated time after a successful payment, contact us and we will fix it or refund you under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
