- Student and client data — details needed to enrol you in a course or deliver a project.
- Product data — account details and the data you or your organisation enter into our products.

- To respond to enquiries and provide our courses, services and products.
- To send service messages you have agreed to receive, for example appointment or account updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time; on WhatsApp, reply STOP.
